Speaking to Council in Person
Anyone desiring to address Council in person, on his own behalf, or by his agent, or on behalf of a group, shall notify the clerk in writing of such intention prior to noon, on the Wednesday preceding the regular meeting. You must specify the nature of your business to be discussed in sufficient details to permit a full identification of the subject and shall supply your name and phone number.
Question regarding the Agenda
People are invited to send their questions to the office of the clerk via email. Any question will be forwarded to the appropriate department for follow-up.
