Voyageur Provincial Park

At Voyageur Provincial Park, located on the banks of the Ottawa River, natural attractions blend with history. The park has over 400 campsites and sandy beaches, hiking trails and interactive programs. The park faces the once turbulent Long Sault Rapids, which travellers had to portage up the Ottawa River. The Carillon Dam raised the water level and created a shoreline of marshes and coves teeming with birds and wildlife. Explore on foot, by canoe or in winter on skis
