NOTICE OF INTENT TO BUILD A RADIOCOMMUNICATION ANTENNA SYSTEM
Videotron Ltd. wishes to install a 73-metre self-supporting radiocommunication antenna system at Nixon Road in the Township of East Hawkesbury, to be used for its new wireless telephone system.
You are inivited to attend a public information session that will be held on July 29th 2010, between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, at the following address:

BUDGET 2010
Pursuant to By-Law No 2008-01, TAKE NOTICE THAT the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury, at its meeting to be held on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 5151 County Road No. 14, St-Eugène (Ontario), will consider the 2010 Budget and the rates to be charged for the property taxes and the rates to be charged for the use of the communal sewers and for the collection and disposal of garbage and recycling material.

SALE OF LAND
As required under By-Law No. 2003-43 of the Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury, public notice is hereby given that the subject of the proposed sale of a parcel of land owned by the Corporation to measure 195 feet in width by 85 feet in depth being composed of Part of the East Half of Lot 21, Concession 5 will be placed on the agenda of scheduled meeting of council to be held on June 14, 2010 at 8:00 p.m.

RENAME CONCESSION 2 ROAD TO CPL PATRICK LORMAND ROAD
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 5(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury at its meeting to be held on Monday June 14, 2010 at 8:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 5151 County Road 14, St-Eugene (Ontario) will consider passing a by-law changing the name of a highway.
IT IS PROPOSED to rename “Concession 2 ” Road to “Cpl Patrick Lormand ” Road in memory of a fallen hero Patrick Lormand who lost his life in Afghanistan on September 13, 2009. Patrick’s parents were raised on Concession 2 Road and are still living on that Road. Patrick, along with his brother, were also raised on Concession 2 Road. The road proposed to be renamed is located between Concession 2 and 3 , Lots 12 to 25.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of, or in opposition to the proposed by-law. Written comments should be sent to the Township of East Hawkesbury, 5151 County Road 14, St-Eugene Ontario K0B 1PO
